As a Registered Chiropractor, I work with people of all ages and walks of life, including children, pregnant mothers, office workers, manual workers and professional sports people; I use a combination of Chiropractic, Kinesiology and Postural Re-training to relieve pain, improve function and benefit overall health.

Chiropractic treats and prevents disorders of the musculo-skeletal system and the effects of these disorders on general health. Chiropractic concentrates on correcting imbalances in the spine, often the result of injury or poor posture. When necessary, treatment is also given to other joints such as knees, ankles, hips, shoulders etc., at the same time as improving overall musculo-skeletal function by working on the spine.

In order to further improve the results of treatment and reduce the likelyhood of recurrance, I use series of postural re-training exercises which serve to address the postural compensations that are often a cause of musculo-skeletal problems.

Personally, I take a holistic view of health and I often make recommendations regarding diet and lifestyle in order to support treatment.
