Acupuncture enables
life changes and that is how I came to train in Acupuncture.
I had been a teacher for 25 years and was looking for an opportunity
to change my life. I experienced Acupuncture as an alternative
to taking prescribed medication, which I knew could have side
effects and possibly cause serious illness or even premature
death in the future. The results were amazing and I realized
I had found my new career.
I trained for four years at the prestigious
Northern College of Acupuncture in York and set up in practice
from my home and also in Castleford where I work alongside
Osteopaths.
During my training I also trained in Reiki,
Karuna Reiki, Aromatherapy oils and Flower Remedies. I use
these therapies alongside Acupuncture to aid the healing process.
Over the past few years I have been privileged
to help many people regain their health and happiness.
My aim is to give my patients the opportunity
to change and improve their health in the same way I was helped
to change mine.
