I am a Bowen Technique practitioner and Homoeopath. I am also trained in Equine Bowen.which means I can treat horses and small animals.

I live in Meanwood Leeds and work from home and the Ilkley Healing Centre. I also do home visits and enjoy teaching small groups Homeopathy and healthy living.

My background is nursing, midwifery and health visiting. I spent 21 years working in the NHS prior to discovering Homoeopathy. I found a homeopathic remedy to relieve my son's hay fever and followed this up by completing a four year professional training course in Homoeopathy in 1989. I completed my human Bowen training in 1996 and equine Bowen in 2001.

I am a member of the British Register of Complementary Practitioners and the Bowen Therapists European Register.

I hope to convey to clients my energy and zest for life and to share the knowledge and tools I have acquired through my 50 + years of life, my former career in the health service and now as a Homoeopath and Bowen Technique practitioner.

I discovered Bowen in 1995 when my health and energy were quite low. It has been a trusted friend ever since. I love my work with animals and with people and hope to offer it as widely as possible.
Sometimes I will suggest that a course of Homeopathy and Bowen together will speed up the healing process to give a letter result.

When appropriate I will share my knowledge of nutrition, personal development and healthy living with clients. As I see it knowledge is meant to be shared so that we help to heal one another.
