It’s amazing how many people go through life feeling distinctly under par. Yet, life doesn’t have to be this way. All those aches and pains, dry skin, negative mindsets, feeling bloated after eating, lack of motivation, allergies, unresolved anger or grief etc. – none of these have to be endured once you start having Health Kinesiology treatment.

My unique approach to holistic wellness began many years ago, on discovering my adopted son had autism and allergies. Since traditional medicine had little to offer, I began exploring various therapies until I found one that really worked -Health Kinesiology [HK].

Having been so impressed with my son's improvement, I began my training in Health Kinesiology, healing and nutrition. Five years later, I now run a successful practice in Boston Spa, combining various disciplines into a holistic, energy-balancing treatment that is individually tailored for each client. I use HK muscle-testing techniques to assess which treatments are absolutely perfect for each person's needs on that particular day, thus ensuring optimum healing - whatever the problem may be.

Our bodies contain many self-healing mechanisms that may not be working at optimum levels due to the many stresses of modern life, such as pollution in our water, food and even the air we breathe, as well as the damaging electro-magnetic fields from computers, TVs and power lines or the many bacteria and viruses around today. I have recently added an Aqua Detox machine to my practice, as so many people are interested in detoxing.

Another major cause of ill health are the negative mind-sets that we can't seem to get rid of ("I'm not good enough", "I can't cope" etc.). They cause us to feel negative emotions and these cause blockages in the body's energy system that ultimately result in physical symptoms, for example insomnia, pain, panic attacks, digestive problems.

After receiving HK, my clients report that longstanding symptoms seem to reduce or disappear, and they are soon feeling more relaxed, lighter and more balanced, even after their first session. As their overall health improves, they feel more able to tackle life's stresses, so that problems get resolved and they feel more in control of their lives.
